  • True Riches 101

LEd by PAstor Bahn | Admin center 103

On Sunday 3/8, we are looking forward to beginning a new eight-week Adult Bible Study, True Riches 101. This study highlights St. John’s values, practices, and expression of the Christian faith as taught in the Lutheran Church. The Bible study is for all people who wish to become members of St. John. Although it is designed with a new believer in mind, it is a meaningful experience for long-time Lutherans as well. We pray that you will find it beneficial and edifying and look forward to having you join us!

  • Romans

LED BY Pastor David Schultz and Bobby Goerner  |  Ministry Center 104

    March 1 - May 31

No book in the New Testament gives such a “golden review of Biblical teaching” like the Book of Romans. Martin Luther said “Romans is really the chief part of the New Testament, and in reality, the pure Gospel. It is worthy not only that every Christian should know it word for word, by heart, but also should occupy himself with it every day, as the daily bread of the soul. We can never read or ponder on it too much; for the more we deal with it, the more precious it becomes and better it tastes.” “In it are truths the Christian should know, namely what is the Gospel, sin, punishment, grace, faith righteousness, Christ, God, good works, love, hope and the Cross. And how we are to conduct ourselves toward everyone, whether he is righteous or sinner, strong or weak, friend or foe, and even toward our own selves.” (LW35:380). Come join us. We’d love to have you.
